A juicer is a kitchen appliance or mechanical device that can be operated, either manually or electrically to extract juice from vegetables, fruits and leafy greens. It had been discovered since 1930 by man named Dr. Norman Walker. The different types of juicers defer in how they work. The difference between juicer and blender is that juicer will have some kind of mechanism that will separate the pulp from the juice where as blender grinds the fruits or vegetables and the pulp has to be manually strained. The juicer is used to juicing and helps us easily obtain the daily servings of fruits and vegetables. By a juicer, we can get the fruit or vegetable kernels more than others.
